it’s not a wordpress theme. It’s for the glype proxy script.
I thought it was a wordpress theme as bctell’s. How do I use it? What is glype proxy script?

Great theme, It took me a little bit to get it set up but I love it. I have seen my site rise in the serps by 19 spots on a keyword already.
